SALES MANAGER GERMAN SPEAKING COUNTRIES
(position is based near Dortmund)

Directly linked with the Regional VP, your mission will be to manage a sales team (around 10 persons), based in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Focused on achieving agreed sales annual objectives, you will have to manage our different distribution channels within the construction sector with a strong orientation versus business development, you will also insure the profitability of the new and existing business to our group standard. Close to our different market you will informed constantly our marketing organization about important market trends and customer expectations. You will be responsible of the pricing and discount policy in your region.

With a degree in Sales and Marketing, or a technical background, you can demonstrate a successful sales management experience in a similar environment ideally in the construction sector. Your experience integrates the management of a variety of distributors (dealers, installers, wholesalers...).
Strong business development skills, demanding and highly competitive environment stimulate your energy. Excellent leadership skills, you know how to lead a team to deliver performance, using coaching techniques. You know how to develop a profitable business, in addition to German, you possess a very good English level, that will allowed you to progress within our organization.
